GOOD EVENING everyone! I’m just swinging by tonight to share with you a few snaps I shot in collaboration with lux-online-shopping haven, Fashion Bunker.
TOMORROW aka 11 OCTOBER 2015, I am literally (sort of, but like not really…) selling my entire wardrobe/floor-drobe at the THRIFTY FASHIONISTA MARKET at Westfield Southland.
Back amongst my favourite cherry blossoms, pretending this weekends sunglass-weather-summertime-sunshine-situation is indeed (/hopefully/potentially/please?) here to stay, but thankful for its temporary appearance nonetheless. This weekend I was all about transitional oversized pieces, mixed in with the expected (lacy black pointy flats + jeans) and the unexpected (60’s inspired summer dress over jeans). I opted for an apricot over black handbag for a point of difference and created shape in the oversized dress with my favourite go-to chunky Oroton belt.
It is no surprise to most that when it comes to denim, I am an all or nothing all kind of girl, aka – I will literally drape myself in all denim, all the time – regardless of miscellaneous (read: unnecessary) factors such as dress codes and/or weather conditions. To me, denim is simply everything. And when it comes high-wasted, ripped, distressed and dyed to perfection – well, that’s when you know you found yourself a winner (cheers, Dricoper Denim, you babes totally know how to denim)
…Speaking of flawless designer vintage pieces that one simply-cannot-live-without, I am still so all about this Gucci bag and collection of vintage designer scarves from Hawkeye Vintage. Give or take a new little obsession to add to the mix; also known as Escada checkered blazer perfection. Checkmate Hawkeye Vintage, C-h-e-c-k-m-a-t-e.

HAMPTON THE LABEL LACE CAMI / ASSALI KNIT / ZIGGY DENIM JEANS / MY BAG SHOP BLACK ‘BARREL HANDBAG‘ / ZOMP SHOES
GOOD EVENING everyone! As someone who regularly has more outfit changes than meals per day, I am constantly trying to create versatile outfits in order to reduce the amount of unfortunate backseat-change-room situations that occur. Between trying to wing my eyeliner, not spill my extra-strong, extra skinny latte and attempting to create the perfect ‘un-tucked, but actually entirely purposefully tucked’ look; things can get kind of messy in the backseat… and so the convenience of wearing one PERFECT outfit that’ll take you from day to night with as minimal adaptions as possible, is KEY to any backseat-change-room success.

If you have ever woken up with a million places to go, people to see, a wardrobe filled with clothes but simply nothing to wear, then, please, take a seat – perhaps even grab yourself a warm cup-pa – because tonight’s blog post has been tailored entirely to your needs.
First things first, apologies that I’ve seemed to, somewhat have disappeared from the blogosphere for the past week or so. There really is only one thing to blame for my disappearance, and that is my Family Law Assignment, which, unreasonably, refused to write itself. I know! Ridiculous! That and well, the other 150, 345, 123 million tasks/jobs/classes & social escapades I try, very actively, to squeeze into one week. Safe to say, if it was a swimming race, I would be drowning (#Bikini-Puns). But moving on to far more important things like this amazingly perfect custom kini by KiniSwimwear. It is kind of the greatest bikini invention in the entire world, as well; you quite literally get to design your own bikini! I really struggled deciding on colours, patterns, looks and so just ended up going for something that looked nothing like the bikinis I’ve ever owned in the past. (Please do let me know your thoughts below…) Plus I decided it’s somewhat [slightly] conservative nature would be perfect for my UAE adventures!
It’s been an interesting afternoon over here in sunny/chilly/windy/ probably soon-to-be rainy* Melbourne. I’ve mainly been multitasking my way through life as per usual; rotating between watching online lectures and romantic old-school movies, attempting to plan an outfit for tonight’s ridiculously themed 21st (The Hunger Games: Capitol Couture), and rediscovering long lost bags, accessories and clothes that were hidden in the sea of craziness that is my bedroom.
Why I Need so Many Handbags
In my closet currently live approximately 75 different handbags that I have collected during my time on this earth. Over time I have been able to accumulate a wide variety of handbags all with equal importance and necessity in my wardrobe. Some I may have picked up on sale at shops like Sportsgirl for $10 whilst others caused me to get into debt… well with myself anyway… but that’s a whole different story…
