GOOD EVENING EVERYONE! Just swinging by to share with you some super exciting news about REVOLVE’S AUSTRALIA EXCLUSIVE 20% off TWO-DAY sale running 25-27 OCTOBER (make sure to use the PROMO CODE ‘AUEXPRESS’). Having been a huge fan of Revolve for quite some time now, I could barely wait to snap up this stunning MAJORELLE top from their online store! As a devoted lover of all things blush it was hard to look past this ridiculously cool piece, from the super chic, sleeve detail to the plunging neckline and silky fit, it really is the perfect summer piece. I can’t wait to style it in a million different ways, from adding a lace cami underneath to styling it heels and a mini skirt.
Having recently been given the opportunity to collaborate with the luxurious OROGOLD COSMETICS, I could barely contain my excitement to try out my newest luxe products. With an amazing selections of cosmetics laced with 24K pure gold, all intended to pamper, nourish and nurture your skin, it was no surprise I fell head over heels for their cosmetic range within seconds of application. From the super chic gold packaging right through to how the product glides onto your skin, adding instant moisture and rejuvenation, I was so impressed by the quality and standard of the OROGOLD products, I couldn’t fault their collection if I tried! As a self-proclaimed lover-of-all-things-GOLD, I’m forever looking for new, timeless gold investment pieces to add to my collection, and well – I never guessed that one of the pieces I added would be in the form of cosmetics!
First things first, I have officially FINISHED EXAMS = aka the crazy-library/law-induced-madness is over. No more sleepless nights or cramming study situations – well until next semester – but we shall cross that 73643-page-taxation-law-textbook-bridge when we get there – until then – I’ve been celebrating all sorts of little victories with late night ice-cream runs and funky outfit combos.
GOOD EVENING EVERYONE! Just swinging by to share with you my little look of the day. With Melbourne’s warm weather coming to a halt, I figured it was time to rip out (#PUNS) the ripped jeans, chuck on a tee, funky boots & an oversized navy blazer and call it a day… or something like that. Either way, when offered to collaborate with Target Australia again this month, I couldn’t go past this oversized-mum-jean-inspired situation. In fact, I love my newest trendy threads so much, I’m tempted to go back and grab a second pair, especially given the ridiculously reasonable PRICE (less than $50 AUD… I repeat, LESS THAN $50 AUD… Run, don’t walk).
ANYWAYS… VAMFF is done & dusted; it’s time to metaphorically jump back into university life. Sigh. Back to [law-life] reality, but until then – stay tuned for a big VAMFF outfit/runway wrap up… You’ve been warned.
With VAMFF right around the corner, HERE, I simply cannot wait to change outfits 10 times a day, see all my favourite blogger babes, and run around like a crazy woman trying to get the best shot of my OOTD / the runway situation / the overall amazingness that is the Royal Exhibition Building. And so, I’m kicking off the first day of VAMFF with a little outfit situation I put together courtesy of one of my favourite Australian designers, Aje. This signature Aje sparkly number paired back with their oversized knitwear, my run-down cons and a blush Mon Purse bucket bag is like a dream-outfit come true. Oh and a peachy coloured rose for good measure, or something like that…
GOOD EVENING EVERYONE! Moving away from my usual go-to men’s tees, shirts, oversized denim & monochrome, today’s coffee, then bloggers lunch, followed by afternoon meeting called for a little somethin’ different. Switching my usual gold details for something a little more silver-inspired, I paired my latest Italian luxury neoprene LouBay piece with some crazy oversized sleeves, a buttoned denim mini and my favourite biker-boots. I really love the size, shape and feel of this LouBay piece and the silver detailing gives it a little extra somethin’ without detracting from its usual everyday wearability. Ya feel me ladies?! Perhaps I’ve found my new LBB*
As the week hits its hump, I wanted to share a few dreamy photographs from the weekend that was. I spend Sunday doing all sorts of Sunday things, like early morning coffee catch-up with friends, followed by Camberwell Market visits and freshly-cut flower pick-ups. I also had a little revelation that my Sundays’ are about 10 times better with a vintage-inspired Papillionaire bicycle in it. Operating not only as my newest mode of transportation, it has indeed become my latest fashion accessory. Plus the cheeky little wooden basket is the perfect level of chic and sturdy to carry all my little Sunday things.
Having somewhat recently discovered online beauty store haven ActiveSkin, I was looking forward to ordering and trying out a couple of their luxe beauty brands. With brands like Lancome, Clinique, Napolean Perdis and many more available, I landed on a couple of evening-eye-make-up essentials from Napolean Perdis, hoping to somewhat spice up my [lack-of] evening-make-up-routine.
Oh, #LA. Having already formed strong expectations for what the city may hold, given my somewhat ridiculous obsession with all things ‘reality TV’, my Instagram-feed and I, were all kinds of ready for the LA aesthetic, from the rows of palm trees, to the side-street cacti-pastel-coloured-walls-situation – but I must admit, cult-reality-TV-shows simply do not do this city justice.
